TEAM PURPOSE:
The Humanitarian and resilience team is responsible for the strategic development, management and intervention of the country Humanitarian and resilience program. Supports Oxfam’s impact locally, regionally, continentally, and globally through ensuring Humanitarian program alignment to the key strategic objectives and program standards.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr. Institutional Capacity building Officer will be based in Gambella and responsible for comprehensive capacity need assessment, enhancing competence of LNGOs and RLG/RLOs, civil society organization’s engagement and provide technical support for organizational strengthening including financial viability and fund raising to achieve the project goals, objectives, outcomes and outputs under the overall guidance and management of Project Manager.
