First Consult is currently seeking to hire quallified accountant:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coding and posting of transactions on time
- Prepare documentation for payment
- Reconcile the company's bank statements
- Reconcile ledger accounts
- Maintaine Fixed asset registeration of the company
- Prepare different finanical reports for management
- Assist internal and external audit preparations
- Support the senior finance team on preparing periodic finanical reports
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Any other assignment assigned by the immediate supervisor
Report to: Finance and Administration Manager
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- BA degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimun 3+ years work experience in finanical managmemt and compliance
- Experience working on financial and accounting systems, compliance reviews, financial reporting and audit
- Be proactive and able to work under pressure in a team setting
- Be a self driven person that can work with tight deadline schedule
