Work together with the warehouse supervisor.

According with the follow up of the purchase, make your weekly plan and inform to the warehouse and Farm Manager, which is the status.

Pro-actively see to increase efficiency of work processes

Report progress of day to day tasks verbally to Farm Manager

Prepare weekly work report and send to Farm Manager

Keep close contact with suppliers and prepare all necessary document for purchase process

Negotiate about price and payment terms with suppliers

Investigate record and compare prices of different suppliers. Advice and request approval from Farm Manager before an actual purchase.

Make sure all purchases are in line with the requested orders from the farm

In charge of the importation process, since the beginner

You are the responsible to send the materials according to the invoice. Any loss of mistake will be your responsibility.

In charge of the Portal Floricentra

Facility to travel to Wolisso

• Bachelor Degree or diploma.
• 2 years of working experience related with purchasing, marketing or administration
• Agriculture knowledge
