Green Mark Herbs Plc is located in Addis Ababa's head office. Our facilities use the latest in modern Herbs. Our company is looking for one Admin Assistant the following requirements.

JOB SUMMARY:

Maintains petty cash and effects payments upon approval by authorized personnel, handles travel arrangements, insurance payments. She/he also performs other clerical and secretarial duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Efi cts authorized payments such as salaries, petty cash, and other payment;
  • Ensures salary is paid to the appropriate staffs
  • Confirms that petty cash payment voucher and supr ortin p• documents are complete before effecting.g payments
  • Maintains a petty cash and requests for replenishment when it reaches the minirrium limit established.
  • Maintains a petty cash register book and updates it daily;
  • Confirms that the total of petty cast vouchers and cash on hand is equal to petty trash fund at any time;
  • Ensures that suspense/advance payments are cleared upon the compilation of the activity;
  • Writes correspondences, letters, and reports:
  • Plans and schedules meetings and takes minutes;
  • Receives purchase request from project and processes the procurement activites in accordance with established procedures;
  • Receives vacancy applications and files in different categories;
  • Keeps time attendance and other records of employees; compiles Personnel related data for periodic reporting as requied;
  • Receives, screens and I ranslers local and international telephone calls. mail and fax and assists with placement of calls;
  • Prepares and updates cash position balance of bank accounts balance on rlaily basis;
  • Operates ottice equipments and machines;
  • Receives and processes incoming and outgoing letters; Meets clients and visitors and guides to the concerned officer;
  • Files and takes care of all reports and documents of the company;
  • Drafts letters anal repf›rts;
  • Performs any other relevant duties that maybe assigned by the Finance and Administration Manager.

REPORTS TO: Finance and Administration Manager

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in office management technology system /Business Administration or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

  • Four and above years of relevant related experience in Administrative assistant for B.A Degree and 6 years above years experience for Diploma.
