Description
Humedica e.V Ethiopia would like to announce the following vacant post for its new project in Somali regional government Dollo Ado Woreda, Liben Zone.
Project: Securing life-saving activities in Dollo Ado Primary Hospital in Liben Zone- in Somali Regional Government
Work station: All positions are for Dolo Ado Field office
Contract: one year with possibility of extension
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Prepares summary of financial interim and periodic reports.
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensures the payments of taxes.
- Prepares check request vouchers and payment vouchers ensuring that all supporting documents are completed before payment.
- Prepare cashbook of the project.
- Ensures that all purchases are effected as per the finance and procurement procedures of humedica Ethiopia.
- Review and follow up project budget utilization with the coordinators.
- Prepare cashbook for all expenses.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting
- Required Experience: a minimum of three years experience (Experience in humanitarian organization is desirable)
- Language skills: Very good English speaking and writing skill
- Other Skills: very good communication skill ,empathy and patience
- Interpersonal Skills requirements: Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
