Humedica e.V Ethiopia would like to announce the following vacant post for its new project in Somali regional government Dollo Ado Woreda, Liben Zone.

Project: Securing life-saving activities in Dollo Ado Primary Hospital in Liben Zone- in Somali Regional Government

Work station: All positions are for Dolo Ado Field office

Contract: one year with possibility of extension

Basic Requirements  

• Prepares summary of financial interim and periodic reports.
• Prepare monthly payroll and ensures the payments of taxes.
• Prepares check request vouchers and payment vouchers ensuring that all supporting documents are completed before payment.
• Prepare cashbook of the project.
• Ensures that all purchases are effected as per the finance and procurement procedures of humedica Ethiopia.
• Review and follow up project budget utilization with the coordinators.
• Prepare cashbook for all expenses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Qualification:      BA degree in Accounting
• Required Experience:  a minimum of three years experience (Experience in humanitarian organization is desirable)
• Language skills:    Very good English speaking and writing skill
• Other Skills:          very good communication skill ,empathy and patience
• Interpersonal Skills requirements:  Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
