Job Description

Timex Trading P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment diesel generators importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Executive Secretary Vacant position.

Specific Duties Responsibilities

  • Follow Vichel timely renewal insurance, bolo, maintenance service
  • Facilitate and organize to earn Transport service of Dep.t managers & Employees
  • Follow driver overtime and will organized to send finance Dep.t
  • Strictly follow up fuel consumption properly organized reported.
  • Monthly follow up consumption of water, electric, telephone and other payments
  • Schedule.
  • Files all document. And opens new file as required.
  • Controlling & Administrating all employee.

Job Requirements

Educational qualification

  • Minimum of BA degree/diploma from recognized institute in Business Management, Business administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics & other related business filed.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of six years’ for diploma & three years’ for degree Experience related with the position.

Skills Required

  • Good communication.
  • Computer Skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship capacity.
