Rays Microfinance Institution Share Company (RMFI) is a Microfinance Institution established in accordance with the Micro financing business proclamation No. 626/2009 at the National bank of Ethiopia to provide financial services to the productive poor in urban and rural areas of Somali Region.

Job Summary

• Recruits, train and follow up agents
• Interviews, hires, and trains distributors
• Establishes marketing goals and market forecasts
• Oversees current products and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Works with agent management staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and distribution teams
• Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
• Provides in-depth information to interested agents, merchants and customers.
• Tracks all agents and assigned distributors and provides detailed written reports to senior their lead.
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
