MEPO Contracting & Management Services PLC is a member Company of MIDROC INVESTMENT GROUP and established in December 2008 by the renowned investor Sheik Mohammed H. Ali Al-Amoudi. The Company has been engaged in the supply of construction materials, rental of construction equipment & construction of buildings.
We invite qualified applicant for the following vacant position:
Summary of Duty & Responsibility:
- Under close supervision of Supervisor, General Accounts, collects and disburses cash at sales/purchases. Ensures safe custody of documents at all times.
Duties & Responsibility:
- Records and organizes information to help plan the group's activities
- Collects and compiles organized documents to prepare the annual budget of the group and submits to the immediate supervisor
- Performs the tasks performed by the team with quality within the set time limit and cost
- Submits initial thoughts to the immediate supervisor in terms of the relevant laws and regulations regarding the handling of accounting or financial related documents
- Works closely with the Information Technology Department to transcribe organized documents into a modern computer system and maintain information
- Monitors the documents stored in the computer system so that they are not lost due to viruses and other problems
- Generates initial ideas to help identify and solve problems related to the management of each group's documents and presents them to the immediate supervisor
- When approved by the immediate supervisor, he prepares and provides a submission system for those who use documents for study and research for consideration and returns them on time
- Organizes and organizes submitted documents to conduct research based on feedback / comments regarding the financial performance of the group
- Organizes the various documents he has created by separating them by type
- Exchange accurate and up-to-date information with users and stakeholders
- Performs the responsibilities and duties given by his immediate supervisor
- Works closely with the Information Technology Department to transcribe organized documents into a modern computer system and captures information
- Monitors the documents stored in the computerized system so that they are not lost due to viruses and other problems.

Job Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Education :
- B.A. Degree in Accounting
Work Experience :
- 2 years & above experience.
Language:
- Good English communication skills both written and spoken
