JOB BRIEF

The position is responsible for overseeing all daily plant operations including Pre-Production, Production, operations and Logistics. This is a hands-on position that is responsible for the development of policies and procedures designed to increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate label production problems as well as developing processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• MSC in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related fields
• Proven work experience of 10 years in managing process/manufacturing plant  of which 4+years as a production manager or similar position in plant operations
• Adequate knowledge of Safety,productivity,demand creation, environmental and quality regulation
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Resource allocation and Human resources)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skill
• Computer Literacy
