The job holder assists AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses assisting in the entire recruitment cycle; college /internship programs; the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. - Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration.
- Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory.
