We are looking for a professional Barman (applications open for both female and male candidates) to be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience with drinks and coffee. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement..

PREREQUISITES

Barman should maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Duties

• Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Use a bar coffee machine
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing Drinks and Snacks.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education & Experience  

• Should ideally have Vocational training in food and beverage service.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Bar Man. Computer literacy and previous experiences of using POS are an advantage
