Purpose of the job
Operating the brewing department processes in a safe way and according to schedule. Carrying out cleaning and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating the brewing department processes in standard and non-standard situations in a safe way
- Take quality control measurements, record these and act upon deviations by adjusting the process
- Report on safety, quality, and production progress in reporting systems and DCS
- Carry our cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening conform the standards
- Meet the operational output plan, reduction of operational losses due to alarms and quality faults
- Organize the workplace according to the 5S standards

Qualifications
Education
- Technical qualification from a Technical College/ University graduate
Experience
- 3 years’ experience in operations
