JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidates should have a minimum of a degree in civil engineering, bridge/structural engineering, materials engineering or traffic engineering from recognized universities, be professionally qualified, registered with reputable professional bodies. Applicant must have over 15 years’ experience in road design, bridge design, pavement design and construction supervision and not less than 10 years on major road projects.

The candidates should be self motivated individuals and must have: English language skills in reading, speaking and writing; specialized knowledge and experience in their respective disciplines of specialization different aspects of road works contract documentation; proven ability and experience in roads and bridges construction; expertise in technical specifications, quality and quantity control technological awareness of engineering applications in project management; etc. Experience on donor-funded contracts in developing countries will be an added advantage.
