| Minimum Qualifications • Updated professional license • B.Sc. In Mechanical Engineering – minimum 5 years of experience as a building structural engineer or; • Experience in a real estate sector • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Minimum 3 years of experience as a building structural engineer • Post-Tensioning Process knowledge • Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations • Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills • Good communication ability in English (both written and verbal) • Attention to detail | ||
