Job requirements and qualifications

• Proven work experience as Operations Director/Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. HR, finance, customer service etc.)
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• BSc/BA in Business Management, Operations management, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

A “player-coach” who can both manage teams and get into the weeds when necessary.

Preferred Qualities of Advantage

• A passion for Self Transformation and Wellbeing
• Passion and Experience in Community Service. Eg. Rotaract, Rotary,  Toastmasters, AIESEC, DOT
• Experience with building strong and engaged teams/community
