Currently our company is seeking to hire professional with the following vacant position;Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles registers and screens clients, provides appropriate information to enquires and arranges appointments
• Answering phones from customers professionally.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
• Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
•  Perform other related tasks as assigned

Education and Experience

• Level 4 in IT / Computer Science certified from well-known TVET collages

Skill Required

• Basic computer knowledge (writing skill, word processing, email, Internet, spreadsheet and other basic computer applications)
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing and speaking skill in Amharic, English and other local languages are plus
• Familiar with landline telephone uses
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances
• Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Self-starter/learner, highly level of motivation
• Presentation skills and negotiation Skills
• Positive, service-oriented personality
