Currently our company is seeking to hire professional with the following vacant position;Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles registers and screens clients, provides appropriate information to enquires and arranges appointments
- Answering phones from customers professionally.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Level 4 in IT / Computer Science certified from well-known TVET collages
Skill Required
- Basic computer knowledge (writing skill, word processing, email, Internet, spreadsheet and other basic computer applications)
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing and speaking skill in Amharic, English and other local languages are plus
- Familiar with landline telephone uses
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances
- Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Self-starter/learner, highly level of motivation
- Presentation skills and negotiation Skills
- Positive, service-oriented personality
- Disciplined, organized
