Consultancy Objective

Overall: Comprehend RAYEE’s key interventions, principles and strategies and then identify formal financial services providers committed to partner with the project to serve target young women and men led MSEs with youth-friendly financial services, particularly loan products.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

a. Good negotiation skill and effective network with the formal financial sector including MFIs and/ or Banks

b. Background and experience in formal financial sector: MFI and/ or banks

c. Practical experience on facilitating access to finance to marginalized section of community, particularly youth from formal FSPs.

Both the technical and financial proposals should be in a separate sealed and stamped envelope by writing the name of the specific assignment.

2% withholding tax will be deducted from the consultant fees at the source and will be paid by SNV – Ethiopia, assuming a TIN number and license can be provided, otherwise 30% withholding tax will be deducted.

Proposals must be received by SNV Addis Ababa office to the address below no later than 5:00 PM on 24 July, 2020.
