The successful candidate will be a highly intelligent, highly motivated individual who possesses a combination of strong quantitative skills, a high degree of attention to detail and good overall industry connection. This individual will be expected to successfully work independently with the direction of the CEO. The successful candidate should have at least ten (10) years experience working in the real estate investment industry and developemt Industry.

Candidate will be responsible:

1. Leverage finance modeling
2. Manage the overall finance of all subsidiaries
3. Negotiate loans with lenders
4. Manage joint ventures and mergers.
5. Create financial models
6. Manage and overview all subsidiaries

or in a related role having analyzed multiple sectors across various geographic regions with a strong bias towards growth industries.
