FULL JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Roast current coffee profiles and drive Oversee the fulfillment of orders. Operate roaster Maintain all equipment Manage green coffee inventory Manage roasted coffee inventory Manage bag/label inventory Manage box inventory Monitor roast levels and adjust accordingly Manage daily production Manage daily orders via shopify/ready shipper Bag and package orders Use forklift /pallet jack Unload coffee containers Update production reports daily Update roasting reports weekly /monthly Communicate with front office re: orders Manage consumables inventory Coordinate deliveries to local shops Order green coffee from local vendorsYou: Have a passion for great coffee and roasting experience is required.

Purchasing High school diploma or GED 18 years or older Reliable transportation

Have 3- 5 years experience in roasting, green bean purchasing, cupping, etc. Warehouse management a plus. Must have strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently Must have technical aptitude and willingness to learn and try new techniques. .
