Job Description

• Coordination with user department for Import and Local purchase to prepare FPO- foreign purchase order and local purchase order
• Preparing purchase order, payment request, cost evaluation report for pro forma received
• Coordination with clearing agent for import shipments and knowledge of logistics documents
• Follow up with banks, insurance, shipping lines and government offices for all import documents requirements
• Preparing daily reports for all import and local purchase activities
• Applying online for various application on ESW – Ethiopian Electronic Single Window
• Coordination with transporters for all import shipments and local purchase

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Management , Logistics and Supply Chain Manamgnet,  Puraching and Producmtnet

Work Experience

• Min. 5 years of working experience

Key skills

• Must have computer skill with word, excel and English language
• Must have basic know how for reporting system
