Raycon Construction & Machinery Rentals Enterpise Would like to invite competent & skillful candidate for the position of Construction Manager for a five stare brand international brand hotel its building in Addis Ababa. 

Required Number: - 1(one)

Qualification:

• MBA in construction management /BA degree in civil, environmental engineering or construction management
• Proven Experience as construction or project manager in apartment building projects, hotel projects in the finishing phase of construction.
• In depth knowledge of finishing construction.
• Five to ten years of experience in the building construction and hospitality field; as project manager, construction manager and engineer.

Experience:-

• Proven work experiences as an engineer and project manager,
• Possess a thorough knowledge of construction management; experience emphasis on finishing phase of construction.
• Ability to interpret and apply local laws, rules, and regulations, directives, taxation systems as well as department policies and procedures.

Additional Skills

• Will have excellent report writing skills along with analysis and data reporting skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent MS office proficiency especially, AutoCAD engineering software, and MS project planning software. Must understand
• Must fluently speak, write and understand the English language.
