FUNCTION/ASSIGNMENT IN THE PROJECT

• Development of architectural design, structural designs, sanitary designs, electrical designs and specification bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Process and obtain the required construction permits aimed at developing implementation plans and acquiring finances from local financial institutions

JOB REQUIREMENT

The Consultant should be an architect with a at least BSc. in Architecture and Urban Planning and minimum of 10 years of professional experience and a proven track record in the design, coordination and management of architectural and engineering studies
