• Able to control specification of works with contact document
• Able to suprvse progress of works with approved time frame
• Able to plane and schedule project activities
• Organize documentation and filing system
• Issue Notice to Commence the Works
• Cost Monitoring, Cost Control and Monitoring of the Payment Status
• Monitoring the progress of all activities of the project including budget and time
• Review and certify payment certificates
• Assess variation and prepares variation orders
• Technical assistance in every activities
• Report on the contractor’s financial and time extension claims.
• Prepare reports, drawings and photographs are recorded
• Inspect facilities of the Supplier's and Contractor’s personnel as required by the Contract
• Able to enforce works to comply with Works Contract

• Bsc degree in Civil Engineering,Cotm or related fields.

Experience

• Worked 15yrs and above in construction industry

• Worked 10yrs and above as Contract Engineer
