Job Summary

• The Corporate Performance Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is responsible to take a part in planning and executing all activities related to the Bank’s strategic and long-range goals. In addition, the job holder will also assist in conducting organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness.

Academic & Professional Qualification

•  Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields.

Experience

•  At least four (4) years’ post qualification experience similar role.

Required Technical Competency

•  Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank.
