JOB SUMMARY

Customer Service Officer I is responsible for communicating with customers and various stakeholders of the company, answer customer inquiries and provide support to meet their needs. S/he receive the requests or problems of users, direct customers to online resources. S/he is required to conduct customer Service Satisfaction Survey, pitch ideas for improving customer care, generating periodical reports about customer interaction and detail activities.

Competence in MS Office and relevant.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Education: BA degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study.
  • Job requirement /Experience:  Graduate of years 2019 & 2020 G.C. with BA degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
  • No work Experience is required

Duty Station: – Addis Ababa
