The customer Service Officer II is responsible to answer customer inquiries, reply to customer problems, direct customers to online resources, create and maintain report about customer interaction, handle disputes and monitor possible frauds in the entire System, coordinate the interface between EthSwitch and its member Bank/participants.
Competence in MS Office and relevant.
- Education: BA degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience
Duty Station: – Addis Ababa
