We are currently looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative

Responsibilities

• Interacting with and assisting walk-in customers.
• Providing a detailed description of our services to customers.
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Filling out various forms and organizing client details.
• Getting customer information and passing it on to the relevant team member.
• Building close relationships with customers.
• Performing administrative tasks in the office
• Assisting the general manager in day to day tasks
• Assisting in the implementation of various marketing strategies.
• Other relevant work assignments

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields. Ethiopian airlines graduates are encouraged. There are no strict education requirements as long as the applicant fulfills the requirements below.
• American standard English speaking and writing skills
• People skills. Applicants should be polite, interactive, and energetic.
• Close to Bole, Wollo Sefer. Preferably 1 taxi away
• Preferably familiar with the U.S/Canada College Application process
• Preferably an individual with internet access at home.
• Experience in a similar position (preferable)

Female applicants only Age: 18 to 25

Work Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays
