Ø  Set up, operate and maintain processing equipment / machinery according to the instruction.

Ø  Ensure the machine produce high quality product, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

Ø  Perform routine inspection of manufacturing equipment.

Ø  Maintain hygienic condition of equipment and machinery.

Ø  Perform daily and weekly cleaning and sanitation activates on machinery and equipment.

Ø  Execute preventive maintenance according to the plan to minimize machine down time.

Ø  Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance

Ø  Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness of work area.

Ø  Comply with all safety and Health regulations. Ensure personal safety by adhering to the company roles, standards and regulations. Follow all required safe work practices

Ø  Check the machine parameter/set up machinery and make an adjustment to machinery when necessary to improve performance.

Ø  Inspect quality of the product and report to the concerned body for further inspections and corrective measures.

Ø  Make a proper production related recording and complete all required documentations. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with the guidelines.

Ø  Report issues that need further inspections and maintenance.

Ø  Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

Ø  Take corrective actions where necessary to ensure quality and safety of all products produced
