The Deputy Executive Director/ DED/ has a major role of implementing policy decisions of the Executive Director/ED/. He/she gives strategic directions to ensure prevalence of transparency and accountability throughout the Association’s operations as well as discharge all the duties and responsibilities vested upon him/ her by the Regulation of the Association and by the decisions made by Governing body. Principally He/she will also have a role of functionally supervise area managers and other project directors leaded by the ED. The DED   is delegated to act as the high-level authorities of the Association to lead programmatic, clinical services, project managers and M & E and knowledge management and learning team.

Education: MD+MPH (Specialization) PHD/MPH/MSC/  in Public Health Service Management, Reproductive Health and other health Science

Work Experience : 6 yrs after PHD and 8yrs after MPH/MSC out of which at least 5 yrs in senior Management ,
