Ethio Lease Ethiopian Capital Goods Finance SC (Ethio Lease) was recently launched as an equipment leasing company in Ethiopia. We are the first privately funded and foreign - owned equipment lease finance company in Ethiopia, and aim to build a nationwide, diversified portfolio of lease contracts for equipment in multiple sectors, such as agricultural, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and related equipment. The Marketing manager is primarily responsible for managing digital marketing and social media communications of the company; and assists sales staff in handling customers. S/he will participate in revising/preparing digital marketing and social media management procedures, in sales planning and in preparing annual and strategic plans.
Candidate needs to have at least a BA degree in digital marketing, marketing management, sales management, business management or related field and a minimum of 2 years as digital marketing manager/officer, sales manager/officer or customer service manager/officer, preferably in the financial services industry, equipment business services or capital goods sector.

Preferred personal qualities
- Excellent digital marketing and computer skills
- Excellent communicator, with very good writing skills
- Excellent sales or personal selling skills
- Proactive and strong meticulous personality
- Having good knowledge of solving problems/issues
- Having good knowledge of the financial/equipment financing sector in Ethiopia
- Self-starter with a pro-active can-do mentality and a team worker, with a disciplined work ethos who is focused, organized and result oriented.
- Fluent in Amharic and English, other Ethiopian languages a pre.
