Responsible on undertaking strategy for all digital promotions including its implementation.

Responsibility

• Developing, implementing and managing social media strategy,
• Creating, managing and oversee visual and written social media content,
• Planning digital Marketing campaigns, including web, e-mail, social Media and display advertising.
• Design, build and Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goal
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Social Media engagement follow up
• Control and oversee messages are filtered and respond properly.
• Research competitors and provide advice/ suggestion for improvement
• Report weekly competitors’ digital activities
• Update company website and social media tools
• Maximize our conversation rate.
• Evaluate all digital staffs in a monthly basis.
• Prepare Daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly, Semi Annually and Annual Report
• Will responsible for any additional related activity on his assignment which comes from his boss
• Reports to:         Marketing Manager

Education:

•  BA in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field

Experience

• Three years experience in digital marketing

• Proven writing and oral skill both in English and Amharic
