Purpose of the Job:

To build a market position of the bank by identifying and developing new products and market opportunities in accordance with the bank strategy plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business development program in alignment with the bank’s strategy.
• Lead the development of new banking products and services and assist with the implementation of the bank’s new product development process.
• Lead development of innovative ways of delivering service to customers and continuous improvement of existing channels

Generic Duties of the Position:

• Develop and implement the Division’s plans and objectives.
• Develop, approve and monitor the Division’s budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Eight (8) years for Masters's and ten (10) years for Bachelor of relevant experience
• IFB Certificate is advantageous
