Essential Functions

• Monitor all aspects of risk, including monitoring of advances portfolio, strict adherence to the provisions of the credit policy document to ensure minimal losses to the Bank.
• Provide technical, procedural and policy guidance to subordinates and branches.
• Ensure that human and other resources are at the optimal level for the efficient
• Operation of branches.
• Approve loans & advances as well as expenses within the discretionary limit
• Ensure that discrepancies and irregularities identified by staff at branch operations are rectified timely.
• Follow up on customer complaints and staff grievances are given due consider by branches
•  Monitor progress towards achieving targets on a regular basis, at least monthly

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Dessie, Adama

Qualification

• MBA/BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related field.

Experience

• Ten (10) years of relevant Banking experience, of which three (3) years in managerial position.
