FUNCTION/ASSIGNMENT IN THE PROJECT

• Develop a questionnaire in close consultation with and the approval of the client,
• Collect the required data based on careful interviews of the target group,
• Analyze and synthesize collected data though an appropriate computer software
• Compile a study report including the results of the questionnaire
• Develop a study report elaborating the adopted approach along with the findings and recommendations of the survey
• Analyze various out-grower schemes adopted within the country and other similar economies before developing recommendations
• Develop a sample contractual agreement in consultation with all parties involved including relevant local governmental institutions
• Refine the sample contract based on the results of consultation with and between the parties involved and provide a template both in Amharic and English

JOB REQUIREMENT

The Consultant should be an Economist with a master’s degree in Economics/Finance and/or other relevant fields of qualifications and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
