Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of electrical and technical device
• Operation of production machinery
• Ensure safe operation of electrical system
• Continues monitoring of the operation
• Implement hygiene and sanitation principles and rules
• Ensure safe quality production
• Inform and report the technical management on maintenance activity
• Report immediately on any emergency or deviation of standard procedure to immediate managers
• Execute any related orders forwarded from supervisors or management

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Physical Effort

• There will be periods spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally required to move or lift light material or equipment.

Qualifications/ Knowledge and Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be structured, process minded, able to maintain a general overview and must have an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Amharic. Speaking oromiffa language is a plus
• know a way to incorporate electronics in to every day production and high technical machine
• Strong communication skill to explain the design and reasoning and to give instruction to co-work              during Technical production.
• Strong social skills for effective working relationships
• Flexibility to work in a multidisciplinary team and able to work in shift
• An ability to multitask
• Leadership and management skill to help with career progression

Education

• TVET graduated 10+3 and above

Experience

• 3 and above years relevant experience of electrical and technology
•  Experience in food production environment is preferable
• Good command of English and Amharic, both written and oral. Oromiffa language skill is a plus.
