Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop and Maintain the EHS management System throughout the organization.

Ø  Plan and carry out regular internal audits to ensure compliance with Legal, Buyers, and OSHS 18001 and ISO 14000 standards.

Ø  Develop and maintain the ‘Environmental Measurement System’ of the organization, and ensure data is updated on a daily/ weekly basis by all processes.

Ø  Report nonconformities to department heads and management initiate corrective actions to improve the EHS management system.

Ø  Monitor Process Performance charts on a daily basis for adverse trends and nonconformities and initiate corrective action.

Ø  Assisting in the external audit and role in the minimization of audit Hit Rate

Ø  Liaise with external authorities for EHS training, testing, and certifications.

Ø  Carry out risk analysis, PPE requirement analysis throughout the organization, Issuing and controlling PPE.

Ø  Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments, and one working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.

Ø  Ensuring the implementation of CMS and buyer RSL policy requirements.

Ø Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management or department heads from time to time.
