About 8 years ago, MECHATU TRADING S.C, was established with 99 founding shareholders as home grown company to engage in Global and Domestic Trade.  Utmost, the company is established on a broad base, with well experienced traders, and educated shareholders of assorted fields. Now the subscribed and paid-up capital of the company has reached 18.5 million. The main activities engross import & export trading.

Moreover, Merchatu Tradin S.C is in the process of establishing its   new Edible Oil and Animal feeds line processing factory which the future plant will locate in Oromia Regional State, Holeta City on secured land of investment from the City Administration which covers 10 thousand m2.

In meantime, MechaTu would like to invite competent candidates to hire on the following vacant posts. 

Summary of the Jobs

It is to provide utmost professional  Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant services  supporting the daily job duties of Executive service or Assailant  maintaining  executive’s appointment agenda, proofreading documents before they go out to company employees or stakeholders and answering phone calls or emails on the Executive’s behave, draft and edits reports and correspondences (letter and inter office memo, agreement docs etc)  to ensure high standard of quality, prepare agenda, distribute and rapport minute of top management as directed   for executive’s  signature , properly manage office,  incoming and outgoing letter,  and file, take and transcribes dictation on technical and confidential matters from GM or BOD, generally prepare concise communication to customers via letter , memos, reports, emails , text messages or forward others relevant  social media platform asp, integrate sub-functions  activities and efforts to support  and achieve Mechatu’s vision and missions make them actionable, draft key office management and executive assistant systems , ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with the company’s polices , standard, procedures, and values, expected direction.

Job Requirements

Core Technical and attributes competencies affiliated to the jobs position is highly demanded.

Minimum Education:

  • BA in Administrative service/Secretarial and Office Management / Foreign Language / Related fields or  Diploma or Equivalent in Secretarial and Office Management / Foreign Language / Fields or related fields  plus 7/9 years relevant experience

Experience:

  • She/he should hold 3/5 senior office administrator/manager /executive assistant relevant exposure and experience     in managing and operating office duties  in a very  reputable corporate or equivalent  companies  are very requisite. Relevant certificate of foreign language professional writing and speaking skills is a plus.

Language skills:

  • Speaking, reading, writing and communicating in English, Afaan Oromo and Amharic Languages are required.
