Description

Duties and Responsibility of the Employee

  • Basically handling and following up all governmental (ERCA) issues process.
  • Processing bank related issues including check payments & wire transfers.
  • Prepare regular VAT reports and declaring monthly all TAX payments (WHT, E.I.Tax, Pension…etc)
  • Handling all regular accounting tasks vouchering sales receipts, WHT, Payment voucher, Petty cash settlement and disbursement of expenses on a daily bases.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices, account payables and perform reconciliations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as letter correspondence management, delivery and collections of company documents and other materials, managing appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Any other tasks within the scope of admin and finance assigned by Finance Officer or CEO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, finance, math, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation software such as Intuit QuickBooks, PeachTree, or Sage 50 Accounting
  • Familiar with Office applications like MS word, Microsoft Excel and other important application.
  • Perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy
  • Able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills
  • Superior verbal communication skills
