PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To manage the finance related issues of a government grant project. The Finance Officer will assist the program staff by providing proper analysis, timely financial report and meeting all the donor requirements.

Job Requirements
QULIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
In order to qualify for this positions candidates are expected to meet the following qualifications i.e. technical skills , or other knowledges are required :
- Educational level required: BA in Accounting or related field
- Experience: minimum of 4 years of experience in business management experience INGO and for profit ; experience with US government grant regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Preferred Skills: Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is prefered
Other Competencies/Attributes:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Working Environment / Conditions:
- Office-based with frequent travel to the field
- Travel: 40 % domestic travel is required.
- Place of Work: Head Office , Addis Ababa
