Job Requirement

Education Qualification:-Technical School Diploma/Certificate in Construction Technology  or other related field

Experience: 8 years and above  out of which at least 4years experience in a similar position as finishing foreman in High rise building works, preferably 4 or 5 star Hotels

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent attention to finishing details
• Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
• Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
• Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
• Reporting on project progress to senior managers.
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Coordinating teams
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
• Signing off and handing completed work over to senior managers.
