Fleet Budget & cost Officer job Description

  • Prepare annual fleet demand and templets to communicate division to estimate their needs
  • Compile and tune division fleet need as per budget plane and fleet trend
  • Develop a strategy to deliver collected needs from user divisions. Budget management and sourcing and logistics division resources will be taken in to consideration as well
  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly fleet cost benefit analysis
  • Analyses daily used truck spare parts and must know trucks parts
  • Register all trucks maintenance history and prepare cost benefit analysis
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive data base any fleet related operational costs fuel, maintenance acquisition

Place of work: Head office (Lebu Mebrat)

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree or Level4 in Accounting &Finance, Accounting, Automotive, Logistics, Management or related field of study from recognized University/collage.
  • 2/4 years and above relevant experience
