Are you an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager with excellent English skills and at least 5 year’s experience in the field?

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  •  Process customer complaints
  • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with staff
  •  Adhere to food, health and safety standards
  • Plan, train, oversee and manage staff
  • Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
  • Strive towards and exceptional customer experience
  • Manage service aspects in all f&b assigned areas
  •   Manage dining room to ensure proper room preparation, including setup tables, chairs, liens, table settings, glassware, etc
  • Make sure that all service staff are in proper uniform and adhere to The Food Boutique’s standards
  • Create, maintain and distributes weekly schedules for staff and communicates changes as appropriate
  • Conducts pre-shift, pre-meal and or pre-event meetings with all necessary staff
  • Evaluate and supervise performance and carry out disciplinary action as needed, in accordance with The Food Boutique’s policies and government laws
  • Responsible for employee relation issues and reviews incidents with Human Resource Manager and owners
  •  Completes and administers employee performance appraisals
  •  Conducts weekly beverage inventories and monthly china, glass and silverware inventories
  • Acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when all other management staff has departed for the evening and supervises any remaining staff. Works with remaining staff to complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Controls costs of all food and beverage by assisting management, as requested, in purchasing, maintaining effective profit and loss controls and monitoring labor costs following demand patterns, budget and local labor laws

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (appreciated)


  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Food and Beverage. Computer literacy and previous experiences of using POS are an advantage
