• Undertake existing productivity assessment
• Product Designing
• Develop job specification of productions staffs
• Develop work standards for production staffs
• Training of staffs on productivity improvement
• Training of staffs on product quality improvement
• Establish piece rate payment system for production staffs

JOB REQUIREMENT

MSc in fashion designing, garment industry, manufacturing and related with at least 5 years’ experience
