As an ideal candidate, you should have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity. You should be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency in each and every department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

• Overseeing daily business operations.

• Set policies and processes

• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, loss of business to competitors)

• Developing and implementing growth strategies.

• Training low-level managers and staff.

• Creating and managing budgets.

• Improving revenue.

• Evaluating performance and productivity.

• Analyzing accounting and financial data.

• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

• Generating reports and giving presentations.

Requirements:

BSc in management or any related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience

MSc in management or any related field with minimum of 5 years’ experience

• Good knowledge of different business functions.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role

• Experience in planning and budgeting

• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

• Strong analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Problem-solving aptitude
