Seife's is a green coffee exporting company working in a premium segment with clients in Europe, USA and Asia. Yedesta buna is our local sister company in Ethiopia. We are looking for experienced Green Coffee Quality Manager to join our coffee laboratory. You will be the interface between our supplier, warehouse and our laboratory to follow up quality of all samples coming in and out through our laboratory. Together with the team, you will work to develop different flavored cup profiles for our customers all over the world. Hold cupping session together with our customer.

Key Responsibilities

•  Can objectively assess coffee quality.
• Have good understanding on how coffee laboratory is managed.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English
• Understand customer needs and quality requirements beforehand.

Mandatory Requirements

•  Q-grader certification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the area of sample roasting, cupping and sensory evaluation.
•  Work experience in handling and processing of coffee during warehousing.

Personal and social skills

• Passionate about Ethiopian coffee.
•  Responsible
• Free to socialize regardless of culture back ground.
• Easy to work in group.
• Be able to work independently towards goals and vision of the organization.
• Have the ability to work under pressure
