JOB REQUIREMENT

• Education : LLB Degree
• Experience :5 years relevant experience

Competencies

• Good  knowledge of the judicial system of Ethiopia
• Considerable knowledge of preparing pleadings.
• Considerable knowledge of national and international law/conventions in general, and those related to international trade, modes of transport and the corresponding insurance legal frame works in particular.
• Ability to plan, direct, supervises and control attorneys.
• Good knowledge of insurance business (principles & Practices)
• Good knowledge of company governing statutes.
•  Good knowledge of the principles and methods of litigation (Civil Procedure Code)
• Ability to interpret codes of law.
• Communication and litigation skill.
