Hibir Academy is a new school ready to welcome students from Grade 1 to 4, in the school year 2020/21 (Meskerem 2013 EC).

Hibir Academy is established by dedicated pioneers of education as its shareholders. Founders of the school have vast experience in both creating and administering schools as well as investing in the education sector. Hibir Academy is a sister company of Ethio-Parents School (EPS), which is owned by Hohete Tibebe S.Co.

Currently we are at the last stages of the preparation to commence our school, which will admit students from grade 1- 4 for 2020/21 academic year. Our school follows the Ethiopian National Curriculum and is supported by enriched supplementary books and technology-assisted teaching-learning platform (well-organized classrooms with Smart TV, ICT and science laboratories, pedagogical center…). The school is safe, suitable and child-friendly. It also has an age appropriate library and competency-based athletics and co-curricular afterschool programs.
To meet our objectives and become one of the premium schools in Addis, we are highly interested in hiring committed professionals that are full of passion and dedication, who also are proactive and willing to grow.
Accordingly, we would like to invite qualified applicants for HR Assistance (Personnel) positions.

Responsibility

  • Contract Management
  • Employee benefit management
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Performing other routine task as per the department requirement

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Management, public administration or related field from the accredited university.
  • 2-4  years work experience..
  • Good understanding HR activities.
  • Fluency at English as working language both Spoken, written & communication
