• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Related Studies

Experience Duration:

• Total 3 years of work experience in HR

• Practical HR experience with thorough familiarity of implementing the current Labor Proclamation/law
• Skills (there shall be assessments prior selection- unfit candidates may not apply)
• MS Excel Advanced (Pivot, Formatting, Linking, Formulae, make forms. Mail merge and printing)
• MS PowerPoint Advanced
• MS Word Advanced
• English (Excellent at Speak, Read and Write)
• Able to Translate English to Amharic and Amharic to English
• Speed Typing on computer: More than 33 words per minute, with more 98% accuracy
