Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts and ensure that all staff filled out the required forms for employment
- responsible in preparing office space, computers and other relevant equipment’s before the arrival of the new staff
- Conduct reference check
- Provide orientation on HR policies & procedures
- Work with supervisors in setting up individual orientation program for all newly hired staff
- Ensure all staff has specific roles and received performance evaluation as per the timeline
- Create staff database and keep track of all relevant information
- Maintain updated & secured staff information and personnel files
- Keeps and updates staff leave records
- Ensure all staff has specific roles and received JD and attached on their file
- Proper documentation of performance evaluation results
- Monitor employee attendance with the department manager
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exits interviews.
- Perform other duties as per the instruction of department manager
Job Requirements
Qualification
- BA Degree in Business Management /Administrative Service Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR
- Good communication and Organizational skill
- Energetic and passionate to learn more
- Ability to multitask & committed to deadlines
