Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking to hire a Human Resources Clerk who supports implementation of operational strategies, adapts processes and procedures; implementation of HR services of the Country Office and the Regional Service Center; the conduct of UN- and UNDP-related surveys and facilitation of know/edge building and know/edge sharing in the Country Office and the Regional Service Center.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  •  Completion of Secondary Education with specialized training in administration.
  • Interested applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant administrative and records management experience is required. Experience in the usage
    of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and experience in handling of web-based management systems.

Contract type : Temporary Appointment (G3) – * Temporary Appointment is a staff contractual modality.

Duration: 364 Days (renewable depending on performance and availability of budget).
